You will receive an order related notification via email confirming your CASUAL/SUBSCRIPTION order, an SMS reminder notifying you of the INITIAL CRATE DROP-OFF if starting a subscription, an SMS reminder THE DAY BEFORE YOUR COLLECTION & an email post-collection.
Of course! We empty each of the smaller waste streams into sorting crates in the van and return those vessels to your doorstep in your new crate.
You most definitely can & should if you see it best. This service is designed to save the avid recycler & re-user immense amounts of time, energy & multiple visits to different organisations who take each specific waste stream.
It happens! We will reach out via SMS if your crate is not present upon collection. From here an earlier collection will be arranged the next time we're servicing your suburb.
Managing Your Subscription
You may be heading on holiday or not require a collection this month! This can be done by heading to your Accounts Portal. From here login then click on the 'My Subscriptions' button. Within this page you will find the provision to skip a collection within the 'Manage Upcoming Orders' tab.
If you're needing to change your collection address & are still living within your same suburb group (See Collection Schedule for reference) head to your Accounts Portal. From here login then click on the 'My Subscriptions' button. Within this page you will find the provision to update your collection address within the 'Address and Shipping Information' tab.
IF you're moving to a new suburb group please cancel your current subscription & begin a new subscription.
Your subscription can be cancelled within your Accounts Portal. From here login then click on the 'Cancel Subscription' button. Within this page you will find the provision to cancel your subscription.
Upon cancellation we will arrange a date to collect your crate from your doorstep.
